I find this as a curious e-mail. What have they changed? I canceled because of the new rates, they even sent out an apology in an attempt to say “we’re sorry for being so brazen about the increases”. Now they send another message saying “get more than ever before for only $7.99″ with a title of “Unlimited movies are just a few steps away…” as if they actually have the movies or CURRENT TV shows I want to watch. It’s as if they’re repeating, once again, how great they are even after the 60% increase and HORRIBLE selection for streaming. Are they suddenly getting more titles at release or improved the mediocre selection they had a few months ago?

I’m sorry, if you complain about it and subscribe to either service, you caved and played right into their plans. You’re still giving them money, so if you pay any kind of money to this company, don’t make the first complaint about the service change, you gave in, don’t try to rectify it.
